If you see this text, then you need to Enable JavaScript on your browser. If you have Windows XP Service 2, then check at the top of this window for a yellow bar beginning with "To help protect your security...".

Click on that bar and choose "Allow Blocked Content...", then click YES on the dialog that follows.

To turn this annoyance off permanently - on the top menu, click:

TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED

Scroll down to "Security", and check the box that says (second box down),

"Allow active content to run in files on My Computer"

--- All this does is allow JavaScript which is essential for web surfing.
